Polygon Corporate provide walking, running, cycling and health equipment. We have a profile of four runners who will be training over the coming weeks. Some for the very first time, others are veterans and can help you find your way.

We will be profiling the affordable and more advanced pieces of kit so as our troupe gets going with their activities all the knowledge we gain, you can learn from our pain!! This blog is intended to a give a little insight into some of the training schedules, tools and techniques to make the journey from apathy to healthy living all the more bearable!

We have a profiles of people with different abilities, ages and intent! Its not purely running or walking that’ll be the focus albeit we are targeting a few races upfront but will try to draw in the everyday things we do that we need to get a little credit for too.
